Life is too short, man...

So as i was munching on blueberry Special K cereal this morning and reading the news (i like to keep up with the current events), I come to find out that Angel’s pitcher Nick Adenhart passed away today as a result of car crash.

Quotes: "He lived his dream and was blessed to be part of an organization comprised of such warm, caring, and compassionate people," the family said in a statement issued through the team.

"Just hours before the accident, Nick demonstrated his passion for baseball and his prospects for a very bright future when he pitched six scoreless innings for the Angels," the association said in a statement.

"It was very obvious that he was going to be a successful professional pitcher," said Wells, now the team's general manager. "Very humble, extremely good in the club house. He was just such an unassuming guy, just went out and did his business."

Anyhow, I’m not real big on baseball. I really don’t know a thing about it. But when I read this article I just felt compelled to say something about. It’s become cliché to say “Welp, life is too short”. But on the real talk, it really is. Dude died at 22, same age as me.

But anyway the point is no matter who you are or where you are in life, it easily be snatched away like in the blink of an eye. So I guess through the struggles that life can throw at us - school, relationships, work, etc. – we just enjoy it and be thankful for what we have. That’s all
