Really!?

The Philippine House of Representatives has approved a bill criminalising the improper singing of the country's national anthem.

Uhm..i don't know i would think that the Filipino government would have more important things to worry about like creating jobs, eliminating its growing sex trade and exploitation of young girls, maybe making cars like Korea!? I don't know...Korea's on the come up btw, much props to them.

But this!? Really, like they really took time to do this.
